FAQ's

Is there a contract?

No all of our memberships are installment payments drafted from your credit/debit card monthly on the date you sign-up.

Can I suspend/freeze my membership?

No, since we have limited memberships available we are unable to. Example if we are sold out and have 100 suspend/freeze we have the loss of revenue and can't sell more because we would be over our max capacity when the suspend/freeze members come back. 

Why did my membership and quarterly fee increase?

The 3% annual increase in fees reflects the cost of living, and helps to maintain our ability to continue to provide an outstanding level of guest services without increasing our general membership capacity.

How do I cancel my membership?

Can I bring a guest with me?

Not at this time. As we manage occupancy levels per Gym Time. 

Guest passes are available for $20

What does the quarterly fee cover?

The quarterly fee covers, towel services, purchases of new equipment, maintenance program, and the newly regulated cleaning procedures. 

Do I need to schedule an appointment for the fitness center?

Yes, appointments are needed to manage occupancy levels per Gym Time and to maintain the integrity of being a private fitness center.

Hours of Operation?

We are open Monday through Friday 4:30am to 11:00pm and Weekends 7:00am to 9:00pm. Please note that we are closed Thanksgiving and Christmas Day. 

Is tanning a part of my gym membership?

As a Bronze member, there is a 50% discount on all single sessions of tanning and Red Light. We also offer Premium Packages that include tanning at a discount price.


How do I change my billing information?

 Please see the front desk for assistance. You can change your billing information at any time. 

Does Tangible Fitness offer classes?

We do not currently offer classes or group training.  

Does Tangible Fitness offer personal training?

Yes, we do. All personal trainers are sub-contractors. Please visit for contact information. (click here)

How old do I have to be to get a membership?

All potential members must be 18 years of age with valid ID to join.

Can I upgrade my membership?

Upgrading your membership has never been faster or easier.  Yes, Please meet with the front desk staff  to make those adjustments.
